By electronically signing this consent, I grant Saint Bark permission to use any photographs or videos taken of myself or my pet(s) during visits to Saint Bark, in any and all forms of publication, including but not limited to promotional materials, social media posts, website entries, and other media platforms, without payment or any other consideration. I understand and agree that these materials will become the property of Saint Bark and will not be returned.

I authorize Saint Bark to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these materials for purposes of publicizing services, events, or for any other lawful purpose.

Furthermore, I waive any rights to royalties, compensation, or other claims arising from or related to the use of these photographs or videos. I release and hold harmless Saint Bark, it’s representatives, employees, and affiliates from any claims, demands, or causes of action that I, my heirs, representatives, executors, or any other persons acting on behalf of my estate may have due to this authorization.

By electronically signing this consent, I acknowledge that Saint Bark may use my name, my pet’s name, and information provided during account and profile creation via the Saint Bark registration system.
