Saint Bark welcomes guests who do not bring a dog to our facility. While we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable environment, it is important to acknowledge the potential risks of being in a off-leash dog park. By signing this waiver, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that Saint Bark is an off-leash indoor dog park, and I acknowledge that interactions with dogs carry inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• The risk of dog bites, scratches, or other injuries from contact with dogs.

• The risk of tripping, falling, or slipping due to dogs running, jumping, or playing.

• Exposure to allergens, pet dander, and other environmental factors associated with dogs.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my presence at Saint Bark and release the business, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur.

2. Guest Conduct & Safety

While visiting Saint Bark, I agree to:

• Respect the space and follow all posted rules and staff instructions.

• Avoid engaging in rough play or disruptive behavior around dogs.

• Do not bring in outside food, treats, toys, or chews in off-leash area.

• Report any incidents (injuries, concerns, or unsafe behavior) to staff immediately.

• Understand that Saint Bark reserves the right to ask any guest to leave if they are behaving inappropriately or violating policies.

3. Release of Liability

I hereby release and hold harmless Saint Bark, it’s owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from my presence at the facility, including injury, property damage, or loss. I understand that Saint Bark is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or incidents that may occur.
