Saturday April 4th 2026, 10:00AM (please arrive by 9:45AM) so class can start on time). 

Get ready for the happiest and cutest workout of your life! Join us for yoga where adorable adoptable puppies from Coco’s Heart Dog Rescue roam freely around the room providing puppy love, kisses, and cuddles, as participants flow through a beginner friendly yoga sequence. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a total beginner, this class is all about fun, relaxation, and of course the puppies! No experience or flexibility required. This is a family friendly event, ALL are welcome! If a participant is under the age of 18 years old, that participant needs to be accompanied by an adult 18+ years of age that has also purchased a ticket to the same yoga class. 

What to Expect: 

• A 45 minute beginner-friendly yoga session led by a certified instructor
• Playtime and cuddles with adorable adoptable puppies from Coco’s Heart Dog Rescue.
• Cute photo ops with the puppies.

What to Bring: Your yoga mat/towel, a water bottle, and wear comfy clothes. Bring a new dog toy, bag of dog treats/food, potty pads or a cash donation and get your name entered into a drawing to win a free puppy/dog yoga class ticket for a class in May 2026. The winner will be contacted at the end of April. Come for the yoga, stay for the puppy/dog love!
